Scheduled Values for RA Asbestos Trust:
Rapid-American claims are paid the current Payment Percentage of the scheduled value for each disease as outlined in the Asbestos PI TDP. The review is intended to provide qualifying Claimant a fixed and certain claims payment.
Valid claims will be paid according to the following schedule:
| Mesothelioma (Level IV) | $3,000 |
| Lung Cancer (Level III) | $1,500 |
| Other Cancer (Level II) | $800 |
| Other Asbestos Disease (Level I) | $400 |
