Rapid-American Asbestos Personal Injury Liquidating Trust
- The Rapid-American Asbestos Personal Injury Liquidating Trust has been established under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code to resolve all "Asbestos PI Claims" as defined in the Plan of Liquidation of Rapid-American Corporation, dated as of June 4, 2021.
The purpose of this website is to provide information and to assist claimants and others in understanding the purpose of the Rapid-American Asbestos Personal Injury Liquidating Trust and how the Trust resolves claims. The Trust will begin accepting claims on November 28, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. EST.
A copy of the applicable TDP1 is available on this site. Information regarding claim filing procedures will indicate, among other things, when and how claims may be filed with the Trust.
